At AfrifashionUK, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in the quality of our outfits and services. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns Eligibility
Returns are only accepted for outfits that were not customised, provided they are returned within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Customised or altered outfits (including made-to-measure or personalised items) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery. We may ask for photo or video evidence to verify the issue. Once confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.
Contact our customer team via email or phone to request a return authorisation.
Carefully repack the item in its original packaging.
Ship the item back to us using a trackable delivery service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or faulty item).
Please note: AfrifashionUK is not liable for returned items lost in transit without proof of delivery.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Delivery and Dispatch Time
All orders are processed and delivered within up to 21 working days, depending on product availability and your location. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
