1. Processing Time
All custom-tailored orders require 21 business days for processing and production.
Ready-to-rent or pre-tailored outfits ship within 1–3 business days.
Urgent/rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order.
2. Shipping Cost
Standard Delivery is FREE on all orders within the UK.
International delivery fees will be calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
3. Delivery Timeline
UK Orders: 2–4 business days after dispatch
International Orders: 7–14 business days depending on the destination
Note: Delivery time does not include production/processing time.
4. Delivery Partners
We partner with reliable couriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, and DHL to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can track your package in real time.
6. Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed or lost, contact us immediately at support@afrifashionuk.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue with our courier partners.
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Local Pickup
